Past Event: Evening Walk

Wednesdays, April 1 and 15, May 6 and 20, 7:00-8:00 PM
The walks at Upper Mill Brook Conservation Area have been so beautiful that we’ve decided to keep offering them on a regular basis, the first and third Wednesday evenings of the month in April and May. We can watch spring unfold.

The idea of regular walks at the same place to watch the changing seasons is an appealing idea. Later in the spring we hope to add additional walks at other locations. If you are interested, please let us know what days and times are good for you.

Whenever you come on a walk, feel free to bring a poem or reading or story to share that is in keeping with the time of day and year and the location. We’d love to hear what you have. Sharing your knowledge of nature is also wonderful.

Where: Upper Mill Brook Conservation Area, 107 Concord Road, Wayland. Meet at the back of the parking lot at Peace Lutheran Church.

Led by Rochelle Steinberg and/or Katy Allen

All ages are welcome.

Conditions may be icy and require snowshoes, or muddy and require boots, so keep an eye on the conditions to be flexible. Let us know if you have questions.

RSVP requested to Katy.
