Wayland Walks organizes monthly walks (more info here). This one, on Saturday 27 July (9-11:30 am), is a very special one, with Pat Conaway as our special guide.
We will meet 9 am at the Rte 20 Boat Landing (approx 200 – 300 yards west of the new Wayland Shopping Center). The plan was to meet at the Little Farms Rd. Landing in Saxonville but unfortunately a massive tree with multiple limbs obstructs that route). We’ll have coffee, refreshments, introductions, and to get people assigned to the boats. Bring a picnic snack for when we land at the Greenways Landing.
You are encouraged to bring your own canoes and kayaks, paddles and life jackets if you have them. Some canoes (holding 2- 3 people each), double kayaks, and a single kayak will be available. Please try to RSVP by email Pat.
