On April 29, people from all over the country will come together for a powerful mobilization to fight back against attacks on our climate, our communities, and our jobs. Want to join this People’s Climate Mobilization in DC on April 29, but don’t know how to get there? Here are two options!
Option one: red-eye buses
A local coalition of labor unions, environmental justice groups, faith organizations, youth groups, and climate activism groups is coming together to send more than 1,000 people from the Boston area to the People’s Climate Mobilization on April 29 in Washington, DC. They want to make sure EVERYONE who wants to can go to this exciting march.

Option two: take the bus the day before and stay the night in a hotel
East Coast Edventures are organizing a bus that will depart from Shoppers World, Framingham leaving at 8:00 am on Friday, April 28th.
The cost for transportation to/from Washington, D.C. and to/from the March on Saturday is $125 round trip. They expect to arrive on Friday evening at approx. 6:00 pm. On Saturday morning, the bus will transport us from the hotel to a location near to the start of the March and back to the hotel later in the afternoon. On Sunday, it will depart for the ride home at approximately 9:00 a.m.

They have also pre-booked a block of rooms at Holiday Inn Rosslyn at Key Bridge, 1900 North Fort Myer Drive in Arlington VA. The hotel is close to the Metro station and to the Key Bridge, within walking distance of Georgetown in D.C. You can choose between 1 king bed or 2 double beds.
