The League of Women Voters is sponsoring a talk by Paul Lauenstein, a member of We the People Massachusetts, a group working to get money out of politics. We the People is sponsoring a bill in the MA Senate (SD 476) to amend the US constitution to reaffirm that the rights protected by the Constitution of the United States are the rights of individual human beings only, and that money spent to influence elections is not protected free speech and may be regulated to ensure equal access to the political process for all Americans. He will talk about 40 minutes followed by a Q&A.
