On Tuesday, October 22, from 3:30-5:30 pm, 20 people met at Greenways Reservation for a Wild Edibles walk with Russ Cohen, presented by Wayland Walks, Wayland 375th and Transition Wayland.
Russ Cohen is a professional environmentalist and wild foods enthusiast, and is the author of the highly acclaimed Wild Plants I Have Known…and Eaten (2004). He is in his 40th year of teaching courses about wild edibles. You can read about one of his walks in this recent blog post.
