Past Event: Nature Walk and Meditation

On Saturday, October 3, at  1:30 PM, join Rabbi Katy for a meditative nature walk on the Carol Getchell Trail along the Sudbury River in Framingham. The walk will contain exercises and meditations to help us get in balance with the more-than-human world around us as well as time for personal, private reflection and meditation.

Meet at Open Spirit Center, 39 Edwards Street, Framingham

There will be another Connecting to the More-Than-Human World: A Meditative Nature Walk on Sunday, November 15, 1:30 PM. This one will happen in Hamlen Woods, Rice Road, Wayland.

Join Rabbi Katy for a meditative nature walk on along the trails at Hamlen Woods. The walk will be interspersed with exercises and meditations to help awaken the senses and to more fully experience the more-than-human world and will also include time for personal, private reflection and meditation. Co-sponsored by the Sudbury Valley Trustees.

Cost: $10 for SVT non-members, Free for members of SVT.
